Ambassadors worked on the visual effects, color grade and sound design for ING Bank’s new campaign bringing its international slogan ‘do your thing’ to life.
Whether it’s blocking your card or changing your address, the ING app puts everything in your hands. The commercial by Wunderman Thompson has fun with this idea, and playful visual effects show the freedom that comes when you’re able to do your own personal banking where and when you want.
Our brief for the color grade was to craft a visually rich and colourful palette with a slight analog feel, and we took inspiration from iconic photographers Martin Parr and Alex Webb for their bold use of contrast and colour. As with many outdoor shoots, the light changes throughout the day, and especially with the good old Dutch weather, the sun wasn't always shining. We tackled any continuity issues with multiple masks for elements like skin tones and clothing to boost the colourful, bright feeling.
